  • This funding covers: 60 onsite program weeks, 90 hours of development/training, youth mentor pay at the lowest rate of $15/hour (based on MassHire for 15-year-olds), and needed props/equipment. Lincoln Elementary space and program administration are covered by Girls Design and Good Company NB. Supplemental training and education for Good Company NB youth mentors/teachers are covered by the MassHire YouthWorks Board.
